October 4, 2011 |On October 4, 2011, Regina Faul will co-present a seminar entitled, “Harrassment In the Workplace: You Do Need to ‘Sweat the Small Stuff.'” This CLE accredited program will be held at Herald National Bank in Melville. The program will address issues associated with workplace harassment, including
- Discrimination
- Harassment, including sexual harassment
- Retaliation
- Laws addressing harassment and discrimination such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and New York Executive Law and other local laws
- Ethical considerations for conducting an investigation.
