It was a busy October for our Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Group. The following summarizes the month’s transactions:

  • Jason Kurland and John Panagopoulos represented a lender in a $1 million first mortgage financing for the property located at 577 Vanderbilt Ave., Brooklyn, NY.
  • Yaron Kornblum and Marie Landsman represented 9-15 Post LLC and PS Post Ave. LLC, as tenants in common, in the sale of a multifamily building located at 9-15 Post Ave., New York, NY to 9-15 Post Holding LLC.  The purchase price was $10.4 million.
  • Michael Heller and Marie Landsman represented River Towns Estates LLC in the sale of vacant land located at 25 Carriage Trail, Greenburgh, NY, to Gstone Compound LLC.  The total purchase price was $2.5 million.  The sale includes an option for the purchaser to acquire two additional lots in the development within the next two years.
  • Ron Kornblum represented 318-324 126th LLC in the refinancing of four properties with New York Community Bank with a loan amount of $6.63 million.
  • Ron represented 96 E. 54th LLC in the refinance of the property located at 96 East 54th St., Brooklyn, NY, with Signature Bank, with a loan amount of $800,000.
  • Ron represented Seabreeze Realty Co. LLC in the refinance of the property located at 205 Sea Breeze Ave., Brooklyn, NY, with Signature Bank, with a loan amount of $7.8 million.
  • Ron represented Hawthorne 250 LLC in the refinance of the property located at 250 Hawthorne St., Brooklyn, NY, with Signature Bank, with a loan amount of $1.1 million.
  • Ron represented D&R New York LLC in the refinance of the property located at 762 St. Marks Ave., Brooklyn, NY, with Signature Bank, with a loan amount of $1.06 million.
