The  New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) has launched a website listing available businesses and real estate investments in the state’s Opportunity Zones.

With the goal of fostering New Jersey’s economic development, the New Jersey’s Opportunity Zone Marketplace allows investors nationwide to view Opportunity Zone projects within 75 of the state’s municipalities. It also provides a forum for investors to network with developers and government leaders. In addition, the website offers “Featured Project Opportunities,” which are business and real estate opportunities that the NJEDA is supporting for the ability to add to their respective communities’ economic vitality.

Finally, the Marketplace provides a forum for listing development projects and business opportunities. This last feature makes the website good for attracting money to projects traditionally too small to gain the attention of institutional funds. It also helps smaller real estate investors to gain access to the Opportunity Zone tax benefits.
