Michael J. McIsaac Joins Rivkin Radler as an Associate

William M. Savino, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Michael J. McIsaac has joined the firm as a Associate in the firm’s Health Services and Corporate & Commercial Practice Groups.

Michael J. McIsaac, of East Meadow, NY, concentrates his practice on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters relating to the healthcare industry.

Mr. McIsaac has extensive experience representing both borrowers and lenders in various types of single-lender and syndicated commercial finance transactions, including senior debt credit facilities and mezzanine debt facilities, subscription line credit facilities to private equity funds, and accounts receivable purchase facilities.  Such financings are made in connection with mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and working capital transactions, and are structured around interests in various classes of assets, including equity interests, intellectual property, private equity fund interests, hedge fund interests, fine art, marketable securities and real property.  Mr. McIsaac also has experience in the areas of insurance premium finance, aircraft finance, warehouse loan facilities and various other general corporate and commercial transactions. 

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Mr. McIsaac was an associate in the finance practice at a prominent national law firm.

Mr. McIsaac earned his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was the Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
