March 1, 2017 | |Michael McIsaac, David Leno and Brice Beach led a team of Rivkin Radler attorneys in client’s acquisition of substantially all of the assets of a full-service medical group with over 100 primary care physicians and specialists in cardiology, dermatology, gastroenterology, neurology, ophthalmology, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, podiatry and urology. The transaction involved the transfer of over three dozen locations throughout Westchester and Putnam counties in New York, and in Stamford, Connecticut.
