Aperance Named to City & State New York’s Albany 40 Under 40
April 25, 2023 |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Mary Aperance has been named to City & State New York’s Albany 40 Under 40 list. The list recognizes “the rising stars lighting up state politics.”
Mary, an associate in the firm’s Health Services practice group, regularly appears before the state Department of Health, the state Office of the Medicaid Inspector General and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
“I am proud that my legal work was recognized among those directly involved in government and politics,” Mary said. “It is rewarding when my advocacy on behalf of clients results in a positive outcome for them.”
Mary has been recognized in Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. The Rising Stars list is comprised of the top 2.5 percent of lawyers under the age of 40. She has also been named in Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers in America in 2022. Ones to Watch is a recognition given to attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice.
