Al Petraglia presents at NYS Bar T&E Law Section CLE

Albert Petraglia, a Partner in the firm’s Trusts, Estates & Taxation Practice Group, spoke at the New York State Bar Trust and Estate Law Section’s CLE program.  The topic discussed was the “Anatomy of a Settlement:  Considerations, Negotiations, Implications” as it concerns estates.  The presentation depicted typical client/attorney conferences, negotiations among the attorneys for the various parties, and negotiations conducted under the supervision of the Surrogate.

The sold out program was held in Washington D.C. from May 3-6.
