Al Petraglia a speaker at NYSBA CLE

Al Petraglia, a partner in the firm’s Trust, Estates & Taxation Program Group, was a co-speaker at the New York State Bar Association CLE program entitled, “What you need to know as a Guardian,” a program sponsored by the Trusts and Estate Law Section and the committee in CLE.  Mr. Petraglia was chosen in part because of his expertise in conducting programs for potential Guardians Ad Litems when he was the Chief Clerk in the Nassau Count Surrogate’s Court.  He was joined on the panel by Judge John M. Czgier and Judge Edward W. McCarty III.

The program was held at the Mariott Hotel in Melville, New York.
