Yale A. Leber is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups.  He represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in complex commercial litigations and intellectual property matters such as restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, copyright, trademark, and patent cases.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Yale worked as an associate with a firm based in Central New Jersey where his practice focused on business ownership disputes, business divorces, the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, partnership/membership disputes, and trade secret misappropriation.

After law school, Yale held a clerkship with the Honorable Robert J. Mega, J.S.C., the designated New Jersey Superior Court Complex Business Litigation Program judge for Union County, New Jersey, where he assisted the Court render decisions in business, commercial transactions, and construction projects that had a large number of parties, substantial discovery issues, and multiple experts.

While attending Boston College Law School, Yale represented indigent clients in the Boston College Legal Services, Civil Litigation Clinic.
