Ryan Roberts is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Group. Ryan’s practice focuses on complex commercial business disputes and real property litigation. He represents clients in a wide array of disputes including breaches of contracts, breaches of leases, holdover proceedings, breaches of intellectual property licenses, breaches of fiduciary responsibility, business torts and fraud, among others.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ryan was a litigation associate at a mid-sized New York law firm where he managed the day-to-day progress of cases in both state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings, discovery responses and motions, as well as preparing document production.

Ryan is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2017 and of the University of Rochester where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in 2014, double majoring in political science and philosophy.
