Rosalinde Casalini is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Compliance, Investigations & White Collar, Employment & Labor and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups. She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where she worked in the District Court Bureau and the Domestic Violence Unit. As a trial attorney, Rosalinde was responsible for all aspects of criminal cases, including arraignments, investigations, motion practice, plea negotiations and trials. During her tenure with the office, she successfully prosecuted misdemeanor offenses, including assault, DWI, drug possession, stalking and other criminal offenses. While prosecuting cases in the Domestic Violence Unit, she additionally conducted grand jury presentations and prosecuted felony criminal contempt offenses.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Rosalinde served as federal law clerk to the Honorable Anne Y. Shields, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York, where she assisted Judge Shields in all aspects of civil case management, from commencement through dispositive motion practice.
During law school, Rosalinde served as a research editor on the Touro Law Review, and was also a member of Touro Moot Court Honor Society.
In addition to practicing law, Rosalinde is a certified yoga instructor.
