Robert Fogarty is an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group where he focuses on no-fault insurance fraud related matters.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Robert was an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. He managed a felony caseload consisting of attempted murder, robbery, burglary, grand larceny and felony drug and weapons possession-related offenses. In addition, Robert conducted grand jury presentations and pre-trial suppression hearings and tried multiple cases to verdict.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2017. In 2014, Robert graduated magna cum laude from the University at Albany.

In his spare time, Robert enjoys watching sports, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.
