Randi Forbes is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.
Prior to entering law school, Randi was a paralegal in multi-practice, debt collection, and insurance defense law firms. Randi graduated from New York Law School’s 2-Year Accelerated Honors Program in 2019.
Randi is an active member of Region II of the National Bar Association and, since 2019, serves as its Chief-of-Staff and member of its Judicial Diversity and Election Protection Committees. Randi also serves in the Metropolitan Black Bar Association as its co-Vice Chair of the PreLaw and Law Student Division.
While attending New York Law School, Randi was the National Chief-of-Staff, Parliamentarian, Constitution & Bylaws Committee Chair, and Election Committee Chair of the National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA). She also served as the first ever New York Law School student representative of Equal Justice Works and Vice President of the New York Law School Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild. Under attorney supervision, Randi participated in the Courtroom Advocates Program helping clients obtain orders of protection, drafting complaints, and making court appearances.
Upon her graduation from law school, Randi was a recipient of the National Bar Institute’s Fellowship Award. She also founded Networking for Law Students LLC and its corresponding YouTube Channel, Networking for Law Students & Lawyers, a resource for both law students and young attorneys providing academic, career, and networking tips.
