Patrick Antonikowski focuses his practice on no-fault insurance, representing national and regional insurers against fraudulent healthcare claims. Emphasis on statutory and regulatory requirements within the insurance industry allows for recovery of payments for clients through litigation and arbitration.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Patrick worked in the industrial power generation sector for more than 18 years. He gained broad experience in the operational and quality functions of the power industry, including working with customers to comply with government regulatory requirements in the renewables sector. This work spurred his interest in the law and he balanced his pursuit of a law degree while continuing to work within the power sector.

Patrick is a proud graduate of Albany Law School, gaining legal experience through the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office and mediation organizations that supported the New York State Courts.

Patrick is a veteran of the Untied States Army. Commissioned through the R.O.T.C., he served four and half years in the Armor branch including a deployment as part of a peacekeeping effort.

Patrick enjoys spending time with his family including: hiking, watching softball games and cheering on his son at track meets.
