As Trusts & Estates counsel, Michelle Peretz’s estate and tax planning techniques are extensive and creative. She successfully incorporates corporate, commercial and residential real estate, leasing and banking/lending transactions.

Michelle assists high net worth clients with tax and estate planning, which often takes into account their complex business interests and special needs situations.  She has experience administering, revoking, decanting and amending both revocable and irrevocable trusts and family settlements. She also drafts wills and trusts, and structures simple and complex estate plans. Michelle gained trusts and estates experience at her former firm by working closely with the chair of the estate department.

Prior to that, she served as in-house counsel for various types organizations such as Maxsip Corp., a telecommunications startup, and Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. These positions developed her knowledge of corporate and real estate law. From asset purchase transactions to fee and leasehold acquisitions, she has represented sellers, purchasers, title companies, lenders and borrowers.

Michelle currently serves at the Vice President of the Port Washington Park Civic Association.
