Mark N. Antar
CounselMark N. Antar concentrates his practice in real estate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on complex landlord-tenant litigation.
An attorney in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation and Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Groups, Mark has extensive trial and appellate courtroom experience. He has successfully tried cases in the Supreme Court and Civil Court on behalf of commercial and residential real estate corporations, asset managers, landlords, tenants and insurance carriers. Mark has also successfully briefed and argued appeals in the Appellate Division and Appellate Term of the State of New York.
In addition to formal litigation, Mark is an adept negotiator and has secured favorable resolutions for clients through arbitration and mediation in matters relating to breach of contract, construction and real estate.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Mark represented co-op and condominium boards in various litigations and sponsor disputes.
