Mariann Sarraf is an Associate in the Firm’s Personal, Family & Business Planning Practice Group, focusing her practice on estate planning, elder law and trust and estate administration.

Mariann represents clients in estate and trust administration matters before the Surrogate’s Court.

While in law school, she participated in the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Clinic, where she assisted elderly Queens residents in cases involving deed theft, foreclosure and predatory lending, home improvement contractor fraud cases, debt collection and other consumer matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mariann worked as an associate at a law office in Nassau County dedicated to elder law and estate planning.

Mariann is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
