Konstantinos Kapatos is an Associate in the Firm’s General Liability Practice Group where he represents corporate clients and individuals in general negligence, personal injury, premises liability, products liability and construction/Labor Law matters.
Konstantinos has successfully tried several cases to verdict as lead counsel and has more than a decade’s experience defending clients in a vast array of civil cases in both federal and state courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Konstantinos interned for the Hon. Leonard D. Wexler in the Eastern District of New York and the Legal Aid Society. He also worked as a Senior Associate at a litigation boutique where he represented businesses, insurance companies, property owners, high-net-worth individuals, and municipalities in their civil litigation and commercial dispute matters. Konstantinos also has experience defending management in labor and employment litigation including wage and hour disputes. In addition to his regular practice, Konstantinos has experience in cases of wrongful conviction. He also served as trial counsel for a national insurance company where he handled its high-exposure bodily injury, auto, and premises liability cases.
Konstantinos is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the Hellenic Lawyers Association.
In his free time, Konstantinos enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and traveling. He is fluent in Greek.
