Joshua Gostel’s practice focuses in the areas of business litigation, medical and professional liability defense, construction dispute resolution, and insurance defense.
Josh is devoted to pro bono service. He serves as a Leader of the Litigation Subcommittee for the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance-Policing Working Group and provides pro bono legal services to tenants in landlord/tenant disputes with the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid.
In 2022, Josh was recognized by Florida Trend Magazine’s Florida Legal Elite as an Up & Comer.
While in law school, Josh served as the Executive and Submissions Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and as a Georgetown Law Student Ambassador. Additionally, he was a judicial intern at the New York Supreme Court and a legal intern at the United States Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.
In his free time, Josh enjoys going to the beach, watching football, and spending time with his fiancé and family.
