Joshua Sibble is a registered patent attorney with nearly 10 years of experience successfully representing large, multi-national clients in complex intellectual property and commercial litigation—including multiple trial wins—as well as intellectual property procurement, transactions, and counseling.
Joshua’s patent litigation experience covers all phases of litigation—pre-filing strategy and counseling, motion practice, discovery, Markman, summary judgment, trial, post-trial, and appeals—for international clients in a variety of state and federal venues. He has worked on several successful jury-trial verdicts and settlements in U.S. district courts, and multiple cases at the International Trade Commission. He also handles patent prosecution, licensing, and opinion work in a variety of technology areas, as well as trademark and trade secret litigation and counseling. Joshua’s practice also includes counseling on data privacy and ownership, and IP issues in Big Data.
