Jonah has successfully practiced at both the trial court and appellate levels and has extensive experience in motion practice, the conducting of depositions and discovery conferences, and appellate practice.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jonah practiced civil defense litigation for a prominent Manhattan law firm and further handled issues concerning commercial real estate claims, product licensing matters, and other commercial disputes. As a law student, he worked in the Chambers of the Honorable Martin E. Ritholtz at the Supreme Court, Queens County and served as the Senior Editor of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law’s Moot Court Honor Society where he competed in multiple appellate competitions with high marks.
