Jeremy Poland
CounselJeremy Poland has spent the majority of his career litigating within the New York State court system.
Counsel in Rivkin Radler’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Group, Jeremy’s practice focuses on real estate litigation, landlord-tenant law and commercial litigation. He represents clients in all aspects of landlord-tenant law and related commercial litigation.
In addition to representing clients within the court system, Jeremy also represents clients before the various state and New York City agencies such as the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy spent the last ten years at two different firms concentrating in complex landlord-tenant law. Prior to that, Jeremy was at a Long Island law firm, where he handled commercial litigation matters, real estate and commercial transactions, corporate and business formations, bankruptcy and civil litigation.
