Jenson Wang is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Corporate Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Jenson worked for a large retail corporation as a member of its in-house legal team. There, he assisted with SEC filings and NYSE reporting requirements, prepared board and committee materials and meeting minutes, and regularly handled corporate governance matters.

Jenson graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, Jenson served as the Online Editor of The Ohio State Law Journal and was a member of the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic, where he provided free transactional legal assistance to early-stage businesses in areas of initial organization and formation, capital structure and equity issuances, data sharing agreements, and other corporate governance matters. Through the law school’s Oxford Summer Program, Jenson also had the privilege of attending Oxford University as a visiting student, where he studied various topics in comparative law.

In his free time, Jenson enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring art museums.
