Jamie H. Greenwood is as an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group.  Jamie helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jamie served as an Assistant District Attorney for five years at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.  As an Assistant District Attorney, Jamie investigated and prosecuted a wide array of cases including assault, driving and boating while intoxicated, domestic violence offenses, and theft-related offenses.  She handled the prosecution of these cases from intake to trial, including conducting plea negotiations, motion practice, and evidentiary hearings.  Jamie was also lead counsel on numerous jury and non-jury trials.

While at Duke University School of Law, Jamie served as the interscholastic coordinator and president of the Mock Trial Board and was an active investigations project manager for the Duke Law Innocence Project.
