Gisella is Of Counsel to Rivkin Radler’s Corporate Practice Group. She has represented investors, entrepreneurs and privately held companies in various business activities and transactions and has served as general counsel to clients advising them on corporate governance and day-to-day operations. Gisella advises buyers and sellers of businesses in connection with mergers, asset and stock purchases, and sales. She has prepared, reviewed and negotiated employment agreements, partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other forms of commercial arrangements. She has advised clients seeking to borrow from national and regional banks multi-million dollar credit lines, asset based loans and equipment purchase financing.

Gisella is also a CPA and has worked as an accountant for over 15 years in various private companies. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of a prominent mental health care provider in Suffolk County, managing its growth from a one location agency to a multi-location agency. Gisella also served as the North-East Regional Finance Director of an assisted living company ranked 3rd largest in 2015 by Provider Magazine.
