Cyndi Lalanne is an associate at Rivkin Radler’s General Liability Practice Group. She represents and advises clients in a variety of litigation matters such as automobile liability, premises liability, Child Victims Act claims, construction site claims and labor law violations.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Cyndi worked as a litigation associate for a boutique law firm, making regular court appearances and handling matters spanning from simple to complex litigation issues.

During her time at Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Cyndi served as editor of Touro Law’s Race and Gender Journal. She was a member of Touro’s Trial Advocacy Program, served as Secretary of the Student Bar Association, and Vice President and student advocate for the Unemployment Action Center, where she assisted individuals with legal issues related to unemployment. She also served as President of Touro’s Fashion Club and was a student liaison of the Fashion Law Committee within the New York City Bar Association. Cyndi also served as a research assistant to Professor Desiree Kennedy.

In her spare time, Cyndi enjoys fashion design, literature, and spending time with her family.
