Cristina is an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. She has experience litigating cases in both federal and state courts. Cristina also currently serves on the NYSBA Committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Prior to joining the firm, Cristina concentrated her practice on securities litigation at plaintiff’s firm. There, she litigated and settled class action lawsuits in District Courts across the United States on behalf of shareholders for alleged violations of federal securities laws. Prior to that, she practiced in Miami at regional firms, where she focused primarily on commercial litigation, insurance defense and insurance coverage matters.

Cristina is a graduate of Boston College Law School and the University of Florida. During law school, she interned with the United Nations in the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands. She also interned at Boston College’s Innocence Project and served as the secretary of the Latin American Law Student Association.

Licensed to practice in Florida and New York, Cristina also is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the Eastern District of New York. She is fluent in Spanish.
