Colleen O’Neil is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group.  She helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large scale insurance fraud schemes.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Colleen was a litigator at a large New York City law firm where she focused her practice on intellectual property and employment discrimination cases. She has extensive federal litigation experience, including conducting fact investigations, drafting pleadings and motions, pursuing discovery, engaging in settlement discussions, and taking depositions.

Colleen graduated summa cum laude from Barnard College where she majored in Political Science.  While at Columbia Law School, she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, as well as a member of the Human Rights Law Review and a Moot Court Student Editor.
