Colin S. Grimm is an Associate in Rivkin Radler LLP’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He focuses his practice on no-fault insurance, representing national and regional insurers against fraudulent healthcare claims.

Colin enrolled in the Albany Law School accelerated program, graduating cum laude in December 2022. He has worked in the fields of post-close mortgage servicing and art handling. With this experience, Colin wields a process-oriented approach towards defending insurers against fraudulent claims.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Colin was an intern for the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission of New York State. In this role, he assisted and drafted judicial decisions for New York State Supreme Court Justices.

In his free time, Colin enjoys nature, music and playing guitar.

Colin is an Associate pending admission to the New York State Bar.
