Blythe C. Miller
AssociateBlythe C. Miller is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group.
Blythe helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex large scale insurance fraud schemes.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Blythe served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where she acted as lead counsel in numerous jury and bench trials. As a trial attorney, Blythe successfully prosecuted cases including robbery, assault, driving while intoxicated, sexual abuse, and other offenses. Blythe was responsible for all aspects of these criminal cases, including investigations, grand jury presentations, motion practice, plea negotiations, and trials.
While at Fordham University School of Law, Blythe served as the Business & Articles Editor of the International Law Journal and as the Kelly Competition Editor of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Team. She received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award summa cum laude for her completion of more than 1000 hours of pro bono and community service work during her time in law school.
