Ben Roth is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups.

Ben graduated cum laude from Binghamton University and received his juris doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Intellectual Property, Media, & Entertainment Law Journal.

After his second year of law school, Ben was a Summer Associate at Rivkin Radler, gaining experience in the breadth and depth of the firm’s practice areas. Prior to that, Ben served as a law clerk for Judge Robert Gardner in New Jersey Superior Court in Newark. NJ.

During his second year of law school, Ben worked under former Dean John Feerick and Professor John Rogan as a member of Fordham Law’s Rule of Law Clinic, where he co-authored Constitutional Amendment proposals to better ensure Continuity of Congress in the wake of mass catastrophe.

In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing, and barbecuing.
