Benjamin J. Frenkel is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Uniondale office. His practice is focused on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate litigation and elder law.

Ben has experience in structuring lifetime and postmortem estate plans and has drafted numerous wills and trusts, including revocable, irrevocable, insurance and charitable trusts. He also assists clients with estate administration, including handling probate of wills, transfer of assets and filing of all related tax returns upon death. Another focus of his practice is Surrogate’s Court litigation, which involves will and trust controversies and disputes against decedent’s estates.

Before joining the Firm, Ben was an Associate at a boutique law firm in Manhattan that focused solely on trust and estate matters.

As a student at St. John’s University School of Law, Ben served as a member of the New York Litigator Law Journal and as Treasurer of the Tax Law Society. He also participated in the law school’s pro bono efforts by volunteering for Legal Information for Families Today (LIFT) which provides low-income families with family-law related legal advice. His pro bono efforts awarded him the Bronze Pro Bono Service Award at graduation.

A native of Queens, Ben enjoys spending time with his family in his free time.
