Andrew Dugué currently practices in the areas of commercial litigation involving contractual disputes, class actions and insurance matters.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Andrew practiced as a trial attorney advising and defending clients statewide and has successfully litigated complex cases in court involving dozens of witnesses and interested parties. He has extensive mediation experience and has effectively negotiated multimillion-dollar settlements ensuring a desirable outcome on behalf of his clients. Andrew also has broad eDiscovery experience advising Fortune 500 companies on best eDiscovery practices and technologies as well as the management of big data.

Andrew was recognized in the Florida edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law, from 2022-2024.

During law school, Andrew interned for the Florida Third District Court of Appeals and clerked at a non-profit firm representing low-income communities in Miami-Dade County in matters involving tenant’s rights. During his undergraduate education, he joined a volunteer program where he worked with the poor and marginalized in the United States in helping to build affordable housing.

Andrew is fluent in French.
