Andrew Michael Buonincontri is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group.
Andrew helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Andrew began his legal career representing multinational corporations, where he reviewed a wide range of corporate documents including shareholder agreements and LLC operating agreements. He also reviewed distribution, sales rep, vendor, supply and manufacturing agreements. In addition, Andrew worked with his firm to create agreements for new social media influencers and brands while working closely with counsel around the world.
Soon thereafter, Andrew worked as an associate representing large investors and servicers. He oversaw a group of paralegals in connection with real estate transactions and real estate foreclosure litigation proceedings. He managed and directed complex litigation where he guided a majority of cases from pre-commencement through final judgment and sale.
Andrew is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and St. John’s University, where he graduated cum laude.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys hockey, baseball, traveling and visiting the Metropolitan Opera.
