Adam is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Coverage Group.  Adam represents and advises insurers in a variety of first-party property insurance coverage disputes and litigation matters, including extra-contractual litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as a law clerk at the New York Court of Appeals.  In this capacity, Adam prepared comprehensive reports for the Judges of the Court that analyzed the relevant statutes, regulations, and case law, and recommended whether to grant, deny, or dismiss leave in civil motions for leave to appeal.  He also drafted memorandum opinions for civil appeals selected for sua sponte merits disposition, an alternative procedure.

Adam graduated cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as the Executive Managing Editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law and as a brief writer for the Moot Court Board.  He also interned for the Honorable Robert L. Miller, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and represented clients in Indiana State Court as a member of the Economic Justice Clinic.
