Pro Bono

The Rivkin Radler pro bono team works tirelessly on behalf of the indigent in our community through Nassau/Suffolk Law Services, an organization dedicated to providing equal access to justice for the poor in civil matters.

Recipient of this non-profit's Partner in Justice Award, the Rivkin Radler team spends countless hours and make dozens of court appearances each year representing the organization's clients. Our attorneys also participate in their Landlord-Tenant Dispute panel, working to assist the poor with housing issues and problems.

We firmly believe that it is our collective obligation to give back to the community through volunteer and pro bono legal services. Because of our strong relationship with the Nassau County Bar Association, in which our managing partner, William M. Savino, is a Past President, we have had significant involvement in their pro bono program and WE CARE Fund.

Our attorneys have also provided pro bono legal assistance to Boy Scouts of America's Suffolk County Council, Long Island's Make-A-Wish Foundation, National Multiple Sclerosis Society's Long Island Chapter, Long Island's United Way, Mentoring Partnership of Long Island, Chabad of Port Washington, Fair Media Council, Catholic Charities, Molloy College, Long Island Regional Planning Council, Long Island Children's Museum and Long Island Arthritis Foundation, among others.

Additionally, members of the firm and its professional staff serve on many charitable boards and committees that serve community members in need, from those who are physically disabled or mentally challenged to the economically disadvantaged.
