Weissman, Feuer and Panagopoulos represent seller in $56.6 milion sale
January 31, 2015 |Stephen Weissman, Scott Feuer and John Panagopoulos, members of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, represented the seller in the $56.6 million sale of a 370,000 square foot office complex in White Plains (the former Nine West Group corporate headquarters). A subgroup of the principals of the Seller, represented by Steve Weissman, reinvested a portion of the sale proceeds in the purchase of the Aloft Hotel in Houston, Texas for $40.5 million to complete a tax-deferred exchange under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
