Ullman Speaks on Broken NDI Process
March 13, 2018 | |Marc Ullman, a regular presenter at SupplySide East, the East Coast’s large ingredients trade show, will again weigh in at this year’s show. On Tuesday, April 10, in New York City, he will present on the topic, “25 Years after DSHEA & the NDI Process Still Broken.”
Marc will discuss how, 25 years and two guidance documents after the passage of the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act, the ingredients industry still does not have a clear direction on how to pursue a pathway to market new ingredients and whether the FDA will properly regulate the market.
