Ullman & Shapiro Participate on NYSBA Panel

Marc Ullman will be speaking, and Steven Shapiro will be moderating, a panel for the Food, Drug & Cosmetic Law Section of the New York State Bar Association at its 140^th Annual Meeting. The panel, “Hot Topics in Food/Dietary Supplements,” will examine how a new ingredient intended for use in dietary supplements can be brought to market, and will compare and contrast FDA’s new final rule for the voluntary notification procedure for substances that are generally recognized as safe with FDA’s new draft guidance for New Dietary Ingredient Notifications.

The event will take place Jan. 26, 2017, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:20 p.m., at the New York Hilton, 1335 Avenue of the Americas.
