Marc Ullman will be an instructor at EAS Consulting Group’s seminar entitled, “Dietary Supplement GMP Compliance Training Seminar,” to be held on September 29-30, 2015.

Program description:

In light of the pressure being placed on the FDA to increase enforcement of the dietary supplement regulations, a thorough review of good manufacturing practices (GMPs) is warranted. This intensive training program, with new and updated content in the areas of specifications, stability programs, Holding, Distribution and Returns, is presented by former FDA compliance officials and industry experts, will provide all the information needed to comply with the rules for domestic and foreign firms who manufacture, label, pack or hold dietary supplements for sale in the United States, including those involved with the testing, quality control and distribution of supplements.  Participants will gain a deeper understanding of GMP compliance requirements with practical applications for their manufacturing and laboratory operations.This intensive training program, presented by former FDA compliance officials and industry experts, will provide all the information needed to comply with the rules for domestic and foreign firms who manufacture, label, pack or hold dietary supplements for sale in the United States, including those involved with the testing, quality control and distribution of supplements.

The instructors will include: EAS Senior Advisor for Drug/Dietary Supplement Audit Services, William Ment, EAS Senior Advisor for Dietary Supplements Tara Lin Couch, Ph.D.; and attorney Marc Ullman, partner at Ullman, Shapiro and Ullman, LLP.

This seminar is designed for individuals involved in management, regulatory affairs, and quality control/assurance in the manufacturing, labeling, packaging, storing and distribution of dietary supplements. It is also helpful for consultants, auditors, attorneys and others interested in learning about the requirements of the new dietary supplement GMPs and how they should be applied.
