Sirignano and Goldberg Obtain $4 Million Judgment

Michael Sirignano and Ryan Goldberg obtained a $4 Million judgment against a medical provider alleged to have participated in a scheme to defraud GEICO.  In denying the medical provider’s motion to vacate its default and its plea to hear the case on the merits, the Court held that GEICO would be prejudiced if the default was vacated in light of the fact that GEICO had previous settled with other parties in the case after the medical provider defaulted.  GEICO v.
