Shapiro to be a Panelist at New York State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting – Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section

Steven Shapiro will be a panelist at the New York State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section.  The meeting will be held on Thurs., Jan. 28 at the New York Hilton Midtown, New York City.

Steven’s panel is entitled, “Cosmetics Law Update Including Personal Care Products Safety Act & Food Law Update.”  It will discuss developments and legislation proposed to amend FDA’s regulation of cosmetics, including the Personal Care Products Safety Act and an update on dietary supplement cases.
