Scott Green Joins Rivkin Radler as an Associate

Uniondale, New York – July 2010 – William M. Mr. Green has joined the Employment & Labor and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups, where he handles all aspects of labor and employment litigation.  He has experience in assisting and representing a diverse array of employers, including publically traded corporations, small businesses, multi-national corporations, not-for-profits, and individuals.  In addition to providing advice and counsel, Mr. Green defends employers against employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims and wage and hour violations.  He litigates restrictive covenant and non-competition disputes in federal and state courts and before federal, state and local administrative bodies.  Mr. Green also regularly counsels employers with respect to employment agreements, employee handbooks, and employment policies, practices and procedures.

Green graduated from Hofstra University School of Law, where he earned a certificate of Study in Labor and Employment Law.  He has co-authored an article entitled, “Understanding Project Labor Agreeements,” Subcontractors Trade Association STA Subcontractors News, October 2009.
