Robertelli Obtains Dismissal with Prejudice for Trucking Company Client

In a matter that required SIU experience, John Robertelli obtained a dismissal of Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint with prejudice for client Aaron’s Inc.

The case involved a suspicious motor vehicle accident that Aaron’s personnel said never happened. Further discovery uncovered that Plaintiff had been involved in seven prior accidents under similar suspicious/staged  circumstances. As discovery progressed, Plaintiff refused to cooperate or comply with court orders and ultimately, the Hon. James P. Savio J.S.C. of Atlantic County, N.J.,  dismissed the Amended Complaint with prejudice.
