Rivkin Radler Welcomes Two New Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that David P. Leno and James R. Finn have joined the Firm.

David P. Leno, of West Hempstead, NY, has joined the Real Estate practice group as a Partner.  David advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions.  He negotiates and prepares transactional and financing documents and conducts closings for commercial and residential properties.  David prepares and negotiates office, commercial and retail leases, and prepares submissions and appears before town boards and planning agencies across Long Island for zoning matters includingvariances, special use permits and subdivision applications.  David received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.

James R. Finn, of Babylon, NY has joined the Litigation & Appeals practice group as an Associate.  Jim handles personal injury, general negligence, premises liability and construction / labor law matters.  He also has experience litigating a diverse array of civil cases, such as commercial claims, real estate disputes, bankruptcy matters, medical malpractice actions and employment cases.  Jim has successfully tried several cases to verdict as lead counsel.  Jim received his Juris Doctor from Western New England University.
