Rivkin Radler Welcomes Three New Associates

Evan H. Krinick has announced that Catalina De La Hoz, Anthony DiChiara and Benjamin Frenkel have joined the firm as Associates.

Catalina De La Hoz, of Queens Village, is a member of the firm’s Commercial Liability Practice Group.  Prior to joining the firm, Catalina was a senior court attorney at the New York State Court of Appeals.  In this capacity, Catalina prepared comprehensive reports for the Judges of the Court that analyzed the relevant statutes, regulations, and case law, and recommended whether to grant, deny, or dismiss leave in civil motions for leave to appeal.  She also drafted memorandum opinions for civil appeals selected for sua sponte merits disposition, an alternative procedure.  Catalina received her Juris Doctor from City University of New York School of Law.

Anthony J. DiChiara, of Westbury, is a member of the firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group, where he focuses on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud issues.  Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Anthony worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Patrick J. Arre of the Hudson County Superior Court in New Jersey.  Anthony earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Benjamin J. Frenkel, of Flushing, is a member of the firm’s Trusts, Estates & Taxation Practice Group, where he focuses on estate planning and estate and trust administration.  Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ben was an associate at Lissner & Lissner LLP in New York City.  Ben received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
