Rivkin Radler welcomes six new attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Gregory Cayne, Chloe Fine, Priscilla Kam, Jordan Mamorsky,  Jenny Sinyoung Shin, and Alex Silverman have joined the Firm.

Gregory Cayne, of New York, NY, has joined the Trusts & Estates group.  Greg focuses his practice in all areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax and asset protection planning, special needs and Medicaid planning and business succession planning.   Greg earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

Chloe Fine, of New York, NY has joined Litigation & Appeals group.  Chloe defends insurance carriers and litigates various no-fault and insurance fraud cases.  Chloe earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Priscilla Kam, of Ronkonkoma, NY has joined the Litigation & Appeals group.  Priscilla focuses her practice in insurance defense with an emphasis on No-Fault litigation and insurance fraud.   Priscilla earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuschberg Law Center.

Jordan Mamorsky, of Jersey City, NJ has joined the Litigation & Appeals and White Collar, Investigations and Compliance Advisory groups, resident in the New Jersey office.  Jordan helps insurers prosecute and defend complex civil lawsuits under the RICO Act and state law anti-fraud provisions.  Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

Jenny Sinyoung Shin, of Albertson, NY has joined the Corporate & Commercial and Real Estate groups.  Jenny represents investors, companies and business owners in entity formation, corporate structuring and planning, and business and commercial transactions.  Jenny earned her Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University ? J. Reuben Clark Law School.

Alex Silverman, of New York, NY,has joined the Insurance Coverage & Litigation group.  Alex represents insurance companies in connection with a variety of complex risks and coverage related disputes in state and federal courts across the country.  Alex earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
