Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Attorneys Meghan Green Hoffman and Richard J. Brum

William M. Savino, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Meghan Green Hoffman and Richard Brum have joined the firm as Associates in the firm’s Insurance Coverage & Litigation and Health Services Practice Groups, respectively.

“We are excited to have Meghan and Richard on board.  They add to the stature of our firm and our goal to ever strive for excellence in the representation of our clients’ interests,” said William Savino.

Meghan Green Hoffman, of Wayne, NJ, handles a large amount of New Jersey No Fault/PIP and SIU claims dealing with issues of insurance fraud.  She has represented numerous auto insurance carriers in hundreds of arbitration hearings, often obtaining very favorable defense awards.

Ms. Hoffman earned her Juris Doctor from Wiedener University School of Law.

Richard Brum, of New York, NY, represents physicians, skilled nursing facilities and other regulated heath care entities in various corporate and administrative matters, including drafting and reviewing of asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, leases and operating agreements related to the purchase of skilled nursing facilities. He has drafted and reviewed licensing agreements and employment agreements for physicans.

Mr. Brum earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
