Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Attorney

William M. Savino, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce the addition of new associate, Brian Bank of Plainview, to the firm. “My partners and I are delighted to welcome Brian to Rivkin Radler,” said William Savino. “His experience and commitment to professional excellence will make him an asset to the firm and its clients and we look forward to working with him,” he concluded.

Brian Bank is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation & Appeals Group. He handles all aspects of commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Mr. Bank was an associate in the litigation practice at a prominent global law firm, where he represented corporations, banks, financial institutions, and individuals in complex civil and criminal litigation involving fraud, false claims act, consumer protection, conspiracy, and anti-kickback claims.

Mr. Bank graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as the Senior Notes Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and a member of the Dean’s Distinguished Scholars. He was also selected for a full-time, semester-long externship at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where he worked in the Major Crimes Bureau on various criminal matters, and was awarded the Cardozo Service and Achievement Award.
