Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Associates

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Brian Boxler and Allison Schimel have joined the Firm.

Brian Boxler, of Astoria, NY, has joined the Litigation & Appeals practice as an Associate.  Brian focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.  During law school, Brian served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Business & Law, a joint publication with Hofstra’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business.  Brian received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.  As a member of Hofstra’s Moot Court Board, Brian competed in the 66th Annual National Moot Court Competition where he won the New York Regional Championship and received the competition’s Best Brief Award.

Allison Schimel, of Woodbury, NY has joined Litigation & Appeals practice group.  Allison is an experienced civil litigator, with a focus on insurance fraud disputes in no-fault, bodily injury, uninsured motorist and subrogation matters. She provides strategic advice to help resolve complex legal challenges, continually assessing her cases to determine potential resolution opportunities. She is actively involved in all aspects of litigation, conducting the initial pleadings stages, discovery, drafting and arguing substantive motions, and handling trial preparation.  Allison received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
